Backyard Superfood: Elderberry!
Join the free webinar February 17 @ 8pm EST
Food or medicine? A bit of both!
As a superfood, elderberries are some of the healthiest berries you can grow. They have a high concentration of Vitamin C, polyphenols, and other antioxidants, giving them natural immune-boosting properties. In fact, almost all parts of the plant—the berries, flowers, leaves, and branches—contain medicinal properties.
For all their benefits, elderberry bushes are surprisingly low-maintenance. As a native shrub, elderberry thrives in most hardiness zones and soil types.
In this webinar we'll walk you through planting, cultivating, and harvesting your own.
You'll learn...
-
How to grow elderberries from cuttings and young plants
-
Choosing the right elderberry varieties for your growing zone, space, and goals
-
Planting, spacing, and care basics for healthy, productive plants
-
Pruning tips to encourage strong growth and higher berry yields
